BlakeMarc > Ready to head out with the bags all packed up. This is the night market street. We are heading to the north near the Burma and Laos border. The waterproof army bags have the backpacks inside. They are about 35kg and a lot easier on the bikes than our backs!
BlakeMarc > at 4pm hundreds of large vending carts 8 ft. high line the edge of both sides of the street solid for about 1 km.selling the usual tourist stuff.
BlakeMarc > at least there was one good looking bike (on left.)
BlakeMarc > Made it to Fang for the first night. The ride here was nice, but the ride gets better from this point on.lots of hills and turns and always sights.
BlakeMarc > up here in the higher areas they grow grapes under guase sheets to protect them from the strong sun .---yes they have thai wine --haven't tried it.
