The rain was travelling sideways getting me wet when i was atleast 12 feet from the edge of the roof. This area of Phnom Penh, known as "The Lake" was awesome and cheap. Apparently is might disappear soon as developers have there eye on it. I think all these many many guesthouses are just squatting anyways. Only the front step is on the shore then the entire building is built over the water on this little lake.
